We want you to be completely satisfied with your choice. Please read below for the terms and procedure for product returns.
Return Conditions
We have a 14-day return policy, which means that within 14 days of receiving your item, you can request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
- It must have all original tags attached and its factory packaging.
- It must be accompanied by the retail receipt or proof of purchase.

Receive Approval & Instructions
If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Send the package
Safely package the item and send it to the address: Chrysanthemon & Tenedou, Kalamata, 24100.
Important Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or without approval will not be accepted.
Damages, Errors & Exceptions
Check upon receipt: Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants).
- Custom products and special orders.
- Personal care and beauty items (for hygiene reasons if opened).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
- Products on sale or gift cards.
Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about the returnability of your specific item.
EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, unopened), with its tags and accompanied by the proof of purchase.
Refunds & Exchanges Process
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return without you seeing the money in your account, please contact us.
Product Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (following the above process), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
